Are you someone who is kind, compassionate and reliable?

Would you like to make a positive difference to people who are vulnerable and need help to live their daily lives?

Crossroads Care is a registered charity with a long history of providing quality care services in Oxfordshire, Berkshire, and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

As a Live-in care worker you will live with the customer in their own home and help to make a difference to the quality of their life every day. Our care for live-in care customers is provided by small teams of live-in care workers who take it in turns to work one week on and one week off with the customer.  We also employ hourly care workers to give short term support where needed, to allow the live-in care worker to take breaks if they are caring for a high-dependency customer.
