Ruth, Office Manager
“My mother had received care four times a day for a number of years and so I became interested in care."
Ruth started as an administrator at Crossroads Care and is now the Office Manager for Oxfordshire. She uses her keyboard, organisational and communication skills for answering telephone calls, scheduling and cancelling visits, supporting with the administration of grants, and anything and everything else that comes up.
Her experience includes being a voluntary Community First Responder with the South Central Ambulance service going out to 999 calls and giving first aid.
