Sandy

"I love meeting people and helping people. It is rewarding to be there for someone in need. I also love Oxford, I like the area.”

Sandy has worked with Crossroads Care for many years. We first met her when we cared for her sister-in-law. Sandy then joined our team, and she cares for high dependency clients with MS as well as older people with fewer needs. Before joining Crossroads Care she spent 12 years working as a pre-school teacher in a Montessori school.

Sandy trained on the job and completed an NVQ 2 in social care including qualifications in First Aid training, Manual Handling, Food Hygiene, Safeguarding and other basic courses. Treating people with dignity and respect is the most important.
